This session includes a range of shapes, such as forward folds with rotations, side-bends, core work, hip releases and strengthening, hamstring stretches, shoulder engagement and stretching, squatting and lunging practice from the seat, and full body extensions, all designed to promote flexibility, strength, and balance with a few body puzzles along the way. I also provide guidance on how to modify the poses to suit different levels of ability and to ensure proper alignment and form. Throughout the session, I encourage you to focus on your breath and to listen to you body, adjusting the poses as needed to suit your individual needs and abilities, finishing with a focus on how your energy has transformed over the duration.
