I lead you in a series of stretching and movement exercises designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation. I start with ankle exercises, progressing to full-body movements, and finishing with a seated relaxation. Throughout the session, I encourage participants to focus on their breath and to listen to their bodies, adjusting the movements as needed. The series includes a variety of stretches, such as pivoting the feet, bending/extending the knees, and reaching for the sky, as well as movements that involve extending and flexing the arms and wrists. The session ends with a period of relaxation, during which participants are encouraged to breathe deeply and allow their bodies to fully relax.
