This class had more standing practice than usual - about 30 minutes. We also worked on wrist/hand/shoulder coordination, twists, cross-body core, lunges, flying warrior pose, and balance.

00:22 - 00:48 Seated practice with hands, wrists, punching, twisting reaches, cross-body core, crescent lunges, goddess pose, shoulder release, isometric core engagements, warrior II, side angle, "saw a giant log"

00:48 - 01:19 Standing practice with weight shifting, squats with marching for balance, pyramid pose, hamstring stretches, lizard lunge, balance with hip movements, twisted lunges, tree pose, flying warrior

01:19 - 01:30 Supine practice with bridge pose, thread the needle hip release, happy baby, and wide-legged twist before savasana
