00:26 - 01:03 Seated practice with vinyasa twists, forward bends, upper back releases, shoulder mobility, neck releases and stretches, hamstring, hip and thigh stretches

01:03 - 01:12 Standing practice with tiptoe walking, squats with weight shifting and backwards walking, and tree pose

01:12 - 01:25 Supine practice with core, crescent moon, and supine twists before savasana
