In this video, I guided a comprehensive yoga practice focusing on various stretches and movements to engage different muscle groups and improve flexibility. We began with warm-up exercises including leg swings, side bends, and crescent moon poses, followed by deep stretches targeting the hamstrings, hips, and back. The practice included balance poses like tree pose, lunges on the chair, and Warrior III variations, finishing with a bridge pose sequence, supine twists, and a core-focused bicycle exercise before concluding with relaxation and a final chant. Throughout the practice, I emphasized the importance of breath coordination and finding comfort in each pose.
