A quick 32 min yoga practice session focusing on arm movements, spinal rotations, and standing poses. We began with arm swings and forward bends, then moved into spinal rotations and cat-cow poses. The session included leg stretches, balancing in Tree Pose, and concluded with arm circles and a final relaxation. Throughout the practice, I emphasized breathing awareness and finding comfort in each pose.
